About Us

Gregory “Greg” Griffin was born in Waterloo, Iowa. He and his wife, Pam reside in Clinton, North Carolina. They have two grown married children and five grandchildren. He has maintained an active law practice in Clinton, North Carolina for 41 years.

Mr. Griffin was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1979 and also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, US Bankruptcy Court, Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina.

Lisa Driver, Legal Assistant 
Lisa serves as Legal Assistant to Mr. Griffin and has been employed with the firm since 2001. She is the contact for clients, bankruptcy courts, trustees and attorneys needing assistance with Bankruptcy Matters. Lisa’s responsibilities include assisting Mr. Griffin in handling Bankruptcy, Real Estate Matters, Loan Closings, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Powers of Attorneys. Lisa has attended numerous continuing legal education seminars and is qualified in Case Management Electronic Filing (CM/ECF) in dealing with the United States Bankruptcy Court. Lisa and her husband, Jimmy, reside in Clinton, North Carolina with their two daughters.

Denise Hendricks, Legal Assistant
Denise joined the firm in 2008 and is willing to help and assist clients. She is the contact for State Court matters including Civil Superior, District and Small Claims matters. She handles all civil matters including Civil Litigation, Family Law, Estate, Special Proceedings and Personal Injuries. Denise has over 40 years of administrative experience. Denise and her husband, Tom, have lived in Clinton for the past 15 years.

Pam Griffin, Office Manager and Bookkeeper 
Pam has been managing the office, keeping the books and trust account for over 41 years. Pam is married to Greg Griffin and serves on several board and foundations. She loves to work with clients.
